The layout welcomed most of Bachmann's VIA Rail Canada Siemens Venture trainset. The passenger cars arrived earlier this week and the SCV-42 Charger arrived this afternoon. I'm waiting for the Venture Cab Car. I'm not sure when Bachmann will ship them out to shops. The trainset had a good first run. Bachmann included great lighting and sound functions in the locomotive using a TCS decoder. The cars are all lit and have smooth-running wheel sets. All I need to do is swap-out the EZ-Mate couplers with Kadee couplers.
